These are Vendotronics just like the ones you find in private houses, except they are run by the King (not the elected government). Their purpose is to provide certain simple basic needs but more importantly to buy objects from characters and give them money in exchange.
the most important things these Vendotronics buy are bulk orders which allow PC character to earn money and xp by producing items as per the bulk order.
