The mace skill is part of the fight system. This skill enables a character to use all sorts of blunt weapons with more efficiency. The blunt weapon in Sociolotron is the hammer. The hammer is also used as a harvesting tool when harvesting rocks, therefore Mace is a good fighting skill for prospectors who wants to focus on catacombs or other areas where there are minerals to mine.
