The dominance skill is part of the BDSM role-play section and has no real impact on the game in terms of advantages or disadvantages. This is because not everyone is into BDSM play so it would be unfair to give participants in this field an advantage over those who do not participate. A character possesing level 4 in dominance skill has the ability to force higher a high level(level 3 or 4) prostitute against her will, that is even if she has her prostitute skill button turned off.
