Once you have enough raw material you need to be close to a workbench of the necessary type to produce an item. Also you need to have a tool in your inventory. The tools are used during the production process and loose quality during it until they fall apart and must be replaced. You determine the necessary workbench from the first skill that is mentioned in the production table and you must stand next to that workbench. Make sure you have the necessary amount of Ready Materials mentioned in that table. You might need a little more, since in case you fail the skill test during production, you still create the item, you just use more material.
The production table is not
part of the manual but is instead accessible from your client's Help Menu so
that it can easily be updated in case we add items later.
The following table contains the workbenches and the tools for all skills

Once you stand next next to a workbench, click on it, then click the
Manufacture button on your skill page which brings up the manufacturing
dialog. This dialog contains all objects you can create with your skill level
and the raw materials you are carrying. You can then select the object you want
to create and the number of objects you want to create. If you don't have enough
raw materials, the system will create as many objects as possible. The objects
are stored in your open inventory and stacked if possible.
There is always a skill check
when you attempt to create an object. If you fail the check, rather than failing
completely, you just use up more raw material than you would ordinarily use
Some objects require Accessories to produce. These are generally prepared construction parts made by other trades. For example a leather jacket might require metal/blacksmith accessories which in this case represent zipper, studs, buttons and so on. In order to simplify this process, there is only one type of accessory per skill and we don't differ between the particular objects represented by this pack. Below you find a picture of on an accessory. All objects use the same icon but different colors. The color is the same as for the other objects of the respective trade.
