I own a vendor but I get no money in my account
If you are the single owner of the house, the income of the vendor will be stored in the vendor. Similarly if you have co owners, the income from the vendor is split up and transferred to the shareholders bank accounts instead. So the treatment of income in a vendor depends on the ownership of the house. See Vendotronics.

Most likely somebody has stored illegal drugs in a locker that belongs to you. Vendors don't accept illegal drugs so it must have been somebody who has access to your regular lockers, most likely a co owner. Thieves can not store items in lockers, therefore the only alternative is share holder in your house.
How Can I change my password and email address
You must be logged into the game and have a character selected to do this. Select the Character Menu in your game client and there you find an item Change Password And Email. Select this and a dialog opens where you can enter your password or your email or both. Be sure that your email is always valid. If you forget your password, we will only be able to send it to the email address we have on file.
Why doesn't the system accept my character name?
All 3 name parts must have at least 3 characters, including the nickname. Furthermore there are certain names that are banned. These include the hell ranking titles as well as certain names we consider offensive. This is by no means a politically correct selection but rather a personal selection of words we don't accept. These words are based on the common English language. If you have suggestions for words that should be on the list because they might be offensive, please contact us, unless they are offensive in Kiswahili or Sanskrit. If you think a certain word should not be on the list, please don't contact us.

I don't see text in my chat window
When using Windows XP, and not geting any text in the game chat window at all, one possibility is a corrupt system font file. A fix for this is to replace the present font file XP is using as it's system font. You can download TweakUI, it has a font folder repair.
